Orders on in-stock items take approximately 5-7 days to reach a customer after order is placed. Any out-of-stock items may take longer. Some jewelry may take longer - CC BIJOUX pieces are made to order and may require 1 to 3 weeks. You will be contacted if an extended period of time is required to fill your order.
CALYPSO COTTAGE wants you to be delighted with your purchase! In the event you need to return an item(s) we accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. Absolutely no returns after 7 days. No exceptions. Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition with no signs of use, wear or damage of any kind, and with original tags attached.
In the event you need to send an item(s) back please email or call us for a RA Number. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.The original sales receipt must accompany your return package. All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit. Package must be insured and postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package. Make sure the RA# is visible on the top of the package in order to be eligible for return. CALYPSO COTTAGE LLC is not responsible for any returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Special or custom orders may not be returned or exchanged, and are Final Sale only.
Defective Items & Special Questions
Call or email CALYPSO COTTAGE at once if item(s) is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
